Alertes
Les alertes apparaissent en haut du tableau de bord :
- Rouge : erreur critique (paiement echoue, serveur)
- Orange : attention requise (quota proche, expiration)
- Bleu : information (nouveau coach inscrit)
Cliquez sur une alerte pour voir les details et actions possibles.

- Blue: information (new coach registered)
