Creer un webinaire

Etapes de creation
- Allez dans Webinaires > Nouveau webinaire.
- Remplissez le titre, la description et la date/heure.
- Definissez la duree estimee et le nombre maximal de participants.
- Choisissez si le webinaire est gratuit ou payant.
- Si payant, indiquez le prix et la devise.
- Ajoutez un lien de reunion (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) pour la conference video.
- Cliquez sur Publier pour rendre le webinaire visible.
Inviter vos sportifs
Apres la publication, cliquez sur Inviter dans le detail du webinaire. Une fenetre s'ouvre avec la liste de tous vos sportifs actifs :
- Recherche : filtrez par nom ou email pour trouver rapidement un sportif.
- Selection individuelle : cochez les sportifs que vous souhaitez inviter.
- Tout selectionner / Tout deselectionner : selectionnez ou deselectionnez tous les sportifs en un clic.
- Inviter les selectionnes : envoie l'invitation uniquement aux sportifs coches.
- Inviter tous : envoie l'invitation a l'ensemble de vos sportifs actifs.
Chaque sportif invite recoit une notification dans l'application avec le lien pour s'inscrire.
Conference video
Lors de la creation, renseignez le lien de reunion (Zoom, Google Meet, Jitsi, etc.). Quand le webinaire passe en direct, seuls les sportifs inscrits (et ayant paye si payant) verront le bouton Rejoindre pour acceder a la conference.
Options avancees
Vous pouvez ajouter des tags, activer les sondages en direct, et configurer le chat durant la session. Le calendrier du coach sera automatiquement bloque sur le creneau choisi.
Create a webinar

Creation steps
- Go to Webinars > New webinar.
- Fill in the title, description, and date/time.
- Set the estimated duration and maximum number of participants.
- Choose whether the webinar is free or paid.
- If paid, enter the price and currency.
- Add a meeting link (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) for the video conference.
- Click Publish to make the webinar visible.
Invite your athletes
After publishing, click Invite in the webinar detail. A window opens with the list of all your active athletes:
- Search: filter by name or email to quickly find an athlete.
- Individual selection: check the athletes you want to invite.
- Select all / Deselect all: select or deselect all athletes in one click.
- Invite selected: sends the invitation only to checked athletes.
- Invite all: sends the invitation to all your active athletes.
Each invited athlete receives an in-app notification with a link to register.
Video conference
When creating, fill in the meeting link (Zoom, Google Meet, Jitsi, etc.). When the webinar goes live, only registered athletes (and those who paid if it's a paid webinar) will see the Join button to access the conference.
Advanced options
You can add tags, enable live polls, and configure chat during the session. The coach's calendar will be automatically blocked for the chosen time slot.

Pasos de creacion
- Vaya a Webinarios > Nuevo webinario.
- Complete el titulo, la descripcion y la fecha/hora.
- Defina la duracion estimada y el numero maximo de participantes.
- Elija si el webinario es gratuito o de pago.
- Si es de pago, indique el precio y la moneda.
- Agregue un enlace de reunion (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) para la videoconferencia.
- Haga clic en Publicar para hacer visible el webinario.
Invitar a sus deportistas
Despues de publicar, haga clic en Invitar en el detalle del webinario. Se abre una ventana con la lista de todos sus deportistas activos:
- Busqueda: filtre por nombre o email para encontrar rapidamente a un deportista.
- Seleccion individual: marque los deportistas que desea invitar.
- Seleccionar todo / Deseleccionar todo: seleccione o deseleccione todos los deportistas en un clic.
- Invitar seleccionados: envia la invitacion solo a los deportistas marcados.
- Invitar a todos: envia la invitacion a todos sus deportistas activos.
Cada deportista invitado recibe una notificacion en la aplicacion con un enlace para inscribirse.
Videoconferencia
Al crear, complete el enlace de reunion (Zoom, Google Meet, Jitsi, etc.). Cuando el webinario pasa a en vivo, solo los deportistas inscritos (y los que pagaron si es de pago) veran el boton Unirse para acceder a la conferencia.
Opciones avanzadas
Puede agregar etiquetas, activar encuestas en vivo y configurar el chat durante la sesion. El calendario del coach se bloqueara automaticamente en el horario elegido.
